Children (ages 6-12)
Big feelings can be scary and confusing for kids. They may act out through tantrums, tension, or anxiety because they don’t yet know how to manage their emotions. Over time, they develop healthy coping strategies, stronger relationships, and a sense of mastery over their feelings.
Adolescents (ages 13-18)
Teens often feel misunderstood, anxious, or disconnected, struggling with negative self-talk, social pressure, or school challenges. Therapy provides a space for self-reflection, skill-building, and emotional processing. Adolescents learn how to manage stress, navigate relationships, and develop self-awareness.
